Well, kind of...

We have this giant wheel that we spin. Over 75% of it says 'screw the customer' and there is one tiny sliver that says help them out. There's a few other options like make excuses, etc. So when they contact us, we'll give it a spin and see what turns up.
LOL! Sounds like my day job.

this is clearly hasn't been thought through, what if the wheel falls off!

That's when they stop answering emails and fly off to Jamaica for a weekend Coke bender with all our money! Dur!

If we were to shut down and not support the game anymore, the DRM would certainly be removed. We have a history of supporting the players and it's not going to stop just because we are over here now.

Norb can't go . . who would build the Hatfield vs. McCoy: Scourge Of War game for me then? :)

I understand that you can install the game on mutiple computers but only play it on the computer that the game is activated on. My question is, if you uninstall the game and then re-install will the same activation code work? Just in case I corrupt the files installing a mod.

If you uninstal the game, we try to deactivate automatically. So you don't lose your activation. If it can't, then the activation is still in the same location. So if you do not delete any of the left over game folders, you can reinstall to the same location and your activation will still be there.
