Can’t deactivate Game

I have had to reinstall SOW it’s on the same system but I can only play the demo as it won’t accept my code again and tells me I need to deactivate as the game is already activated I click on deactivate but it’s not doing it amd I am connected to the internet when I’m doing this.Ive no game now

I my heart feels your pain, when I got my comp. this morning it gave me those 2 choices and I came to the forums to look for answers. There was no way for me to play unless that server or whatever it is can comm.

Strange how this came about all of a sudden. But I trust it will be fixed I have faith in these guys and they won't let it rob our Fun and Joy playing this game!!!!!

Thanks Smintar Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling three times but to no avail. So no game for me tonight.
