Deactivation and Re-

Ok I started having this issue. I shut off my virus software,etc.I followed all suggestions here on forums. I do believe the problem lies within the deactivation. After trying to deactivate it will tell me that I am activated. I sent you the logs hope it helps

What exactly is the problem as you see it?

this morning I started to launch the game, the screen came up that give you 2 choices activate or demo,I only had that the first I got it and when I got activation code I installed and never had this issue. Again this morning I got that screen. so I click on it to see what it sd, that key had alrdy been activated. and game did not launch. I tried Demo and it launched. I then proceeded to deactivate it. and then launch again and same screen came up and my key was stillthere and it repeated. So I got in and tried to deactivated and uninstall and re-installeed and apparently the deactivation failed to take palce. I also had the beta with this because I played the beta last night before turning in.

First, I was surprise that it turned up on screen instead of Launching.It knows that my key is good. but cant play and the deactivateion process doesn't apparently work because I should be able to that. Now all what has been on the forums about this I did. virus etc even put my exeption in my virus program nothing I did changed anything.

So your game was activated and working fine, but for some reason you turned it on and it asked you to activate again? Like it just lost your activation.
