The OOB editor seems to work really good for creating OOBs for the sandbox. One thing I would like to see developed is an editor that creates the OOB layout for scenario use, being that the scenario OOB has a slightly different layout. I do not know if this is a practicle idea for you or not but I thought I would suggest it. I ran the OOB I am working on through the editor and created a new scenario OOB based off of it. I am ready to test the scenario now and see if I have eliminated my CTD problem.

Actually it may be very easy to have an "export as scenario OOB" button. I haven't looked at the scenario layout thoroughly but as I recall it's all the same information just rearranged.

Re:Order Of Battle Editor - Alpha version available
OK I added export as scenario options in the File menu. If you run the editor it should update for you automatically.
Note, you can't reopen the scenario-exported OOBs in this editor. I'll probably do that too later, though it is more complicated to be able to switch between two file formats that contain different information without losing the information.. The main thing is to be able to easily export the master oob you're working on as a scenario.
To edit the location and direction x/y values on the exported scenario, for now use my csv editor GEditCSV or whatever other program you use. GEditCSV has lots of useful editing functions that this EditOOB doesn't have.
Here's what editing the loc/dir values in GEditCSV looks like:

Let me know if there are any issues or things I should do differently with the scenario exporting, because I've never made scenarios myself so I don't know everything about it.

Re:Order Of Battle Editor - Alpha version available
I will give it tryout this evening. Using the scenario OOB i made based off of the OOB run through the editor I was able to make it through a two hour scenario with no crash.

Ready for a test play. Put the scenario OOB together fairly quick. Have to do some moving around and deleting of the layout of the columns but it is a faster way none the less.

If the exported OOB is not layed out properly for a scenario, if you could explain how it should be done I can fix it easily.Have to do some moving around and deleting of the layout of the columns but it is a faster way none the less.
