Regiment history database
Regiment history database
Another long range project of Scourge of War: Gettysburg will be to compile data on all regiments present in the game--these data will inform the numerical values we assign to regiments. Getting the regimental values right should be a subject of hot debate for those of us who want the game to be as good as it can be. If anybody wants to help me research the regiments, leave me a note in my inbox. Thanks.
Re: Regiment history database
Do you think there's a chance to also mod the regimental flags in the game?

Re: Regiment history database
When i think of regimental flags in this game, I think about Stonewall Jackson in Gods & Generals when he arrives at Manassas and issues his orders to every single regiment.
I expect these flags to appear on the field not only in the RGT but in the spot where the RGT is going so I know where each RGT is going to be.

You may find this site of interest. There's a wealth of information there and no doubt you'll find a number of unit flags present at Gettysburg. ~Gary
