I should have considered the language barrier and the effort that you make to post here and even to understand our responses.
When you write with all capital letters, it means that you are yelling at us. That is how we interpret all capital letters. When you appear angry it is upsetting because we have been putting in a lot of time to help you with your problem and it makes you appear ungrateful.
I am also frustrated by virus software in general because it is causing us many headaches. We do have notes in the readme file about virus software. But it is in English and might not have translated well.
Please understand that this is another program that you install on your computer that deletes our files or does not allow our files to communicate with our server. We have no control over that situation.
i myself use webroot essentials with windows defender i always only buy hard disk copys of every game for that reason, i paid a lot of money for both my notebook and my desktop but i only paid about 8.000.00 for all i got with a 3 yr warannty, i got 16 gb of ram A TB of memory at 3.something GHz but i keep it down to 2.90 something GHz with
2 nividia 260gs OC video cards.its a very rare thing for me to buy a game from download unless i really like the game. or i buy the steam.com download, theirs codes are renewed every 5 seconds or something like that.suppose to be cheat free, lol. thats not true either, no such thing as cheart free. i just played a MP game of napoleon the guy had 4 polish lancers in his army. buy your only alowwed 1 per army . hes been reported now and he'll lose his steam account and all the money hes paid . great system . remember WEBROOT ESSENTIALS because you get what you pay for. it alerts me when a virus is about to come in and then does the old catch and delete.actually it catches and destroys the virus
