I have a mod called Horse & Muskets for TC2M. I am wondering if it is possible to convert it over to SOWGB?

Probably. It will take some work, but I bet it could be done. The designs are not all that different and it's that way on purpose. We just did things the same way where they worked and changed them where they didn't.
