Key Speed Toggle

Since I installed the newest Beta Patch, I am not able to toggle the speed with the "-" and the "=" keys. Has anyone an idea ? This is on my Desktop and my Notebook PC.
I have pressed no keycombination that block it.
If I have to install the patch again I would like to know how to deinstall the patch.

+ and - on the German keyboard. You can change it in the keyboard.csv of the Work subfolder if you want.

Just install the old version.

Hi ADukes,

your suggestion does not work.
After new installation of SoW GB the known keys work.
(On german board ´ and ß)

It is the same location like on a english board.
Just an other labeling.

When I install the Beta Patch, nowhere on the board
you can speed up or down with any key.

After new installation of SoW GB, I pasted the files defaultkeys and keyboard.csv.
Then I installed the Beta Patch and copied the files. :huh:

Even this Modification did not work. What else can I do ? :S

On two PCs the same problem.

With the patch installed change:

Code: Select all

Speed Up,EQUALS,speedup
Slow,MINUS,speeddown

to:

Code: Select all

Speed Up,+,speedup
Slow,-,speeddown

or if you want to use the key positions of the default layout:

Code: Select all

Speed Up,ß,speedup
Slow,´,speeddown

in the keyboard.csv.

Okay ADukes,

after it seemed I have crashed the file using, Open Office.calc,
I used the GEditCSV-Editor. Then I made changes like you suggested.

Yes, it should be posted somewhere that the games CSV files are not compatible with Open Office... Well, I guess I just posted it. :laugh:
