I am requesting that all modders please consider only releasing modded portions of the csv's.
I have noticed that if you mod only a small portion of a csv, but release the full csv (with your changes), I cannot use your mods with other mods which edit the same files, but have not edited the same portion you may have edited.
For instance. I edited gsscreens.csv, but only edited 5 lines of this file. In my mod folder the new csv if you open it only shows the five lines I edited, which means I can use other mods which changed the same exact file, but not that portion of the csv, which means I can play with more than one active mod.
I have edited 3 csv's so far, and I can combine all of my mods, even though they have edited the same csv file.
If I have confused anyone, forgive me. I'm sure someone else can explain this better than I can.
Please consider.

I completely understand. My first release of Bugles and Flags uses all of each file, I'll trim down my next release. Unfortunately my gui file is going to be difficult, as I use a whole lot of line changes. The rest, I think I can trim fairly easily. Fixed it in my post. This forum adds an extra "http://" to the beginning of links in case you were typing it instead of copying it..
