Odd
I download the mods for enhancement of map and unit icons and the alternate toolbar. I extract them all to the mods folder in Norbsoftdev/scourgeofwar, then run the game and click on the mods so the yellow rectangle appears. Exactly what it says I should do. Yet I don't get the mod in the game. Any answers?

Re:Odd
You must be playing Historical Scenario's. They won't work in them. Only Sandbox or User Scenario's.

Re:Odd
You are right. Thanks.
Re:Odd
LP, do you think norb might be amenable to releasing the stock scenarios and tutorials as a User Scenarios add-on? That would avoid the D/L and install SDK, copy folders, rename folders, edit ini files procedure to get the stock scenarios available.
Thanks.

Re:Odd
The historical scenario files are in the SDK. You can play these as mods, but the scores will not count toward General if that is a goal. If you just want to play them for fun, then they can be installed like any other mod scenario and then played from the User Scenarios screen.

Yes, but the installation process is a bit more complex than just copying a Mod to a folder:

A separate Scenarios package where the renaming and editing work is already done would make it much easier for folks who can get intimidated by such procedures.

Good idea. I believe I will take this on, unless someone else beats me to it.Yes, but the installation process is a bit more complex than just copying a Mod to a folder:
