Which one would you choose? The MAC or PC??

Hi.

I prefer the PC for games, and the Mac for Video creation, and editing among other things.

Vista (the horrid) really hurt Microsoft, Windows 7 has slightly has been doing better, but with all of this security has choked the hell out of the operating system (they seem to see hackers around every corner).

As for the Mac, it installs without a hitch, and it's very user friendly, and they haven't killed it with all of this paranoia thats crippled the Microsoft OS industry.

So I give Microsoft 40 percent out of a 100 because all I own are PC Games, and I give the Mac 60 percent because it's just an all round better system, user friendly, intuitive, far more stable than all of the windows platforms.

So for me the Mac wins hands down.

Coming up as a newly-graduated Graphic Designer back in the '90s, the Mac was the only game in town; as the strength of Microsoft became more apparent, more companies (Adobe) started to write versions of their software for the PC, so i started to switch mainly because the companies I worked for had mostly PCs to choose from, and if i wanted to work, i had to know how to use them. Over time i found that there was not much PCs couldn't do that the Mac covered; so i became 100% converted to the PC with no regrets.

I like the PC platform also because it allows one to build his own system, as i did about 3 mos ago; haven't seen anyone build his own Mac yet.
