i want to post the glory of the union crushing the rebels!!! please tell me how do you take these pictures and-upload them in this site? please answer....

you can download Fraps its a free thing easy to use and you upload them by attaching an image to your post

fraps? how to do it? i am a novice with these things. please help me how do i get fraps and record movies or take screenshots? i press the "F4" to take screnshots. as said. but does not do it. help
