Guys, I have spent the last few days fixing a problem that has to be the result of a virus that I got from surfing around on the internet.
This could have been a lot worse than it actually was due to the fact that I had a very good back-up plan already in-place.
Roughly six-to-eight months ago I installed the Linux-ManDriva operating system using a Dual Boot method of Windows Vista.
Vista - has made it fairly simple with it's built-in capabilities of partitioning part of the Hard-Drive.
The Linux operating System - is excellent for surfing around on the internet, due to the fact that it is very hard to get a virus using this operating system.
The advantages to this is that even if you do get some type of virus with this system, the whole Operating System fits on a small amount of space, and can be used by a disk , or by installing it.
So, if you have the Hard-Drive space available, I would strongly recommend that you take the time to look at this as an excellent back-up plan, and research installing this on you computer.
I can't remember exactly but I think that I allocated roughly 70GB of space for the partition, and installed it on the second Hard-Drive.
This serves as a very good back-up plan if your main Operating System has crashed, due to the fact that you still have access to the internet to research information, or to download certain files.
So, for me my plan is to use only Linux for surfing around on the internet, and to use Windows - for playing the Game, Photoshop, and etc.
Hope this Helps!

Hey, do you know for a fact that you can have the game on both systems at the same time without activating, and deactivating the codes?

Yes, the ManDriva's Operating System - comes with the Gimp Program already installed. I used this program years ago, but have now converted over to Photoshop. You can use Linux to work too with Gimp, openoffice, scribus, ...

Thanks, I'll do some research on the "wine" emulator thing, I have never heard about that program before, but I'm not that familiar with a lot about the Linux System .Some games work on Linux, and i use "wine" to emule windows. I think scourge works too

It's the only reason why I'm not porting fully over to Windows 7.

I have a dual-boot as well (winxp/win7), and that is something I would like to know as well? My modem doesn't work so well under win7 so having the game activated can be really bothersome, but of course I am one lazy middle aged man, so any help would be greatly appreciated.Hey, do you know for a fact that you can have the game on both systems at the same time without activating, and deactivating the codes?
