I guess what I am looking for are ideas. For instance how does one make it better? What could be added, what should be removed, etc, etc.

If you don't like what you see, then please tell me why so I can make it better.

I'm all for constructive criticism, I can never learn if I don't get the full truth, so be truthful.

Very nice, great font, easy to read. Performance seems good. phpBB is a great board. I like it.
