Do Modifications made prior to v1.103 need updating?

I am wondering if the new patch version 1.103 requires one to re-edit their mods which they created for earlier versions of Scourge of War to work?

Nope, mods should be fine. The only base file that was edited was the courier.csv. All the rest was code.
