Battle 176

12 divisions, very nice. Looks like it ended kind of early though. Did you guys have a freeze?

And welcome to your first baptism of fire, Fowler and MatthewCButler!

Yeah. . . it froze up when the battle got hot.

11 players is the most I've been able to get through an entire game.

We played a 10 player after that one that went all the way through -- well. . . at least until the Confederates had their fill.

We did play some ~16 player battles back in the day so hopefully we'll pull that off again some time.

We could pull it off if Parker would get a new rig.

:P

Actually, several units routed simultainously. That's crashed us in big games before.

At least, that seems to cause a strain.

If Providence is kind, this might happen relatively soon, say, sometime early next year. Pin your hopes and prayers upon such an end.

It was disappointing, though, I think 176 was the best battle by far that I have had in a long time, not least of all because of the size and scope.

All,

It's not just Parkers rig. Mine is ancient also. It is a priority to get a new one once I pick up gainful employment again.

Garnier,

Remember the old days with AC/DN where The Hawke had the worst computer on the field and the game ran SOOOO badly? Thats mine now. How things have changed.
