Altering the musket range

Hi Sirs,

i want to alter the range of the rifles in my own OOBs to 250 yards,,like in Garniers MP Games..
how can i make this?

You change every infantry unit to use the 'IDS_ARSN_Model_1861s_Springfield_USA' weapon, in the sandbox OOB or scenario file.
