Sprite Ratio, I just played a game with 1:1 ratio.

So 1:1 means 1 sprite = 1 man? So a regiment of 250 will have 250 sprites?

Yes but there is a limit to how many sprites you can have in one regiment. I can't remember what it is though (I'm sure someone else from the team can chime in)So 1:1 means 1 sprite = 1 man? So a regiment of 250 will have 250 sprites?
If you are going to do a 1:1 OOB, it's best to break the regiments into companies (how it was historically anyway). So what used to be a brigade of regiments, will be a regiment of companies.
Have to remember though, the sprite level used in the game matches the scale of the maps. So if you start increasing the sprite level, then the scale of troops to the map goes way out the window. Some day when the maps are unlocked to be modded, people will be making 1:1 maps.

That's mathematically correct, but the game is limited to 123 sprites per unit. With the release of the feature patch, we will be introducing our first SR1 (sprite ratio 1:1) mods for SOW, featuring Battalions for infantry and Squadrons for cavalry. Coming soon to a battlefield near you...So 1:1 means 1 sprite = 1 man? So a regiment of 250 will have 250 sprites?
