Hi.
I'm dreaming again, but I thought why not add something to my personal wish list.
I just had a birthday, and you have seen a couple of screen shots for Forge of Freedom, and Crown of Glory Emperor's Edition. While playing Forge of Freedom, I started to think how cool this would be for Scourge of War - Gettysburg? The frontend would be something like Forge of Freedom, and have Scourge of War - Gettysburg as the main combat engine.
I am wondering if you folks are thinking on creating a front-end for SOWGb? I would definitely pay good money for the addon.
Just a thought...I am pretty sure I can't be the only one who is looking for this sort of thing.
Anyway, later!

Adding a campaign piece has long been a dream of ours. It's in our long term plans. We've got many ideas on how to do this and I think the mix would be awesome.

Have youguys ever heard of Wargamer Napoleon 1813? It would be perfect campaign mode for this time of game.
Campaign Screenshot
It was a realtime campaign mode, supply lines, supply depots, troop recruitment, curier messages. It even works for me on Win7! The battles were kind of a dud though, i usually just autoresolved them.
They even had time delay in orders reaching commanders when out marching. There was different types of generals, varying aggressiveness etc, and you could order troops to force march, or give generals orders to always march towards the sounds of guns. Very clever. Don't play it much now cos have no idea how to install the patches that are now out for it.

Norb,
Whatever happened to the planned game after TC2M mentioned at the end of the TC2M manual?

With the breakup of MMG, all future plans there ended. But it's possible that we may try taking on that battle
