Invalid logon attempt

Hi

I tried to connect to server after some months, but I continue to receive a invalid logon attempt, the user and the password was saved on the PC so is not a digit error. Also tried to create a new account but I receive always that each username I put is already created.

It's been a while since I've troubleshooted this kind of problem, but you might want to try and create a new account directly from Battle HQ

You will see the Sign Up Now on the left side. Use a screen name that you haven't already tried.

Thanks for the reply, but I tried also with battlehq and also with the new account I receive the error also from battlehq client

I am having the same problem, which began about an hour ago.
I play regularly and most recently played last night without a problem.
Something is wrong.

The lobby is down. I cannot get there even through their own client. I have emailed support.

I reinstalled SOWG a while ago and backed up a lot of important files beforehand. Unfortunately I forgot to back up “Lobby.dat”, where, I assume, my Power Lobby account password was stored. So now I can’t log in to my Power Lobby account via the MP Lobby. Can I retrieve my password anywhere else or do I have to create a new account?

My account username is “RobWheat”.

I already tried to use the “forgot password function” on wargamers/battlehq. (Should have mentioned this in my first posting, I know… )

But it gave me always this message: Account details not found. Please try again.

I think the problem is, that I created my account in-game, which doesn’t require an email address, contrary to the wargamer site where you need an email address to create an battlehq account.

I will try t o contact support there, maybe they can help me. If not, I have to create a new account.
