Cavalry Scenarios
I just wanted to say thank you guys for the great cavalry scenarios. They do take a little time to figure a way through them. I do have a question about the Brinkerhoff`s Ridge scenario. I noticed the first time I played it, the 2nd Virginia was setup as seperate companies. The next time I played it, it was setup as three units of three companies each. Now the third time through, as the screen came up, I noticed that the three companies were changing back to seperare companies as the picture came into focus. Is it setup to be either one at random?

Re: Cavalry Scenarios
Random, you get either 10 companies or 3 battalions with random setups.

Re: Cavalry Scenarios
That is cool, thanks for the great scenario Reb.
Re: Cavalry Scenarios
I wondered about this myself after getting these variables at the start.
I'm still trying to 'win' this regardless of what loads!
I always run out of time just when I think I've nailed it!
Good fun!

None of the cavalry scenarios are easy.. They are all pretty involved, taking advantage of all that the game engine has to offer.. Sure to keep you busy for a while.

Re: Cavalry Scenarios
Thanks for the feedback...glad it's good. Yeah, one of the more renown team members questioned the difficulty standards of this scenario about a week before release. So, with all the cavalry changes, I replayed it to be sure it was manageable...1883 Major Victory. Plays tough, but all variants can be won, or, at least most of 'em. Still using your Terrain Mod, it just stays on like it's part of my system. And now, it can be used easily in MP play. Thanks again for this wonderful mod Sir Jolly.

A mere 1883 RB? I expected better. ( My best is 1273 - drat!)
and ... It is good!
Mind Sharpeningly good with regard to the captivating open ended gameplay - it grabs you! :cheer:
It's really nice to know that you have the terrain stuff still loaded. Thanks for the more than kind words.

Custer, leading the Michigan Brigade with a one to one sprite ratio is really cool, love it.

Indeed..... I was absolutely thrilled to have the great honor of thrashing The Boy Ego on the field of battle! As well as capturing what was left of the Michigan Brigade after I was done with themCuster, leading the Michigan Brigade with a one to one sprite ratio is really cool, love it.
