Have you folks considered using a live Tech Support System?

Post by Michael Slaunwhite »

Hi.

I am just wondering if you folks ever considered on using a live support software where 24 hour support could be given for activation problems, and CTD's?

Here is a very small list of free software programs that may suit your needs if you ever do decide on offering such a service.

1: Crafty Syntax
2: Help Centre Live
3: Hesk
4: osTicket
5: ExoPHPDesk
6: phpSupport
7: Open Web Messenger
8: phpOnline
9: Trellis Desk

I'm sure there are others.

Later.

As we all have day jobs, this would be hard to arrange. Plus it would be a big distraction from developing the next release.
