Hello gents, I haven't posted yet on this forum. But I enjoyed playing this game in the last months. I'm very pleased that this game is being expanded and improved further. Keep up the good work!
Here is an idea for an additional host option in sandbox mode:
Opponents strength. A setting where the host can specify how much stronger the opponent will be than the own selected forces: Like "slightly" (x1.2), "somewhat" (x1.5), "considerably" (x2) or "overwhelming" (x3). The bias should only be a rough indication and not an exact multiplier in men, guns or force composition!
Reason: I would like to host realistic attacker/defender games whereas the attacker enjoys some kind of advantage in numbers. This feature would be both useful in versus and coop games.
In todays standard MP games you could only
1) uncheck balanced forces and then you can't be sure how strong the enemy really is (maybe even weaker)
2) check balanced forces, but then it is somewhat dull because you know exactly how strong the enemy is
3) uncheck balanced forces and carefully search for an OOB setting which gives you the desired opponent's strength.
4) choose a handicap for the players

That is the handicap function.
