Some new terrain/Trees Pics on MOD in the works

This is where our experts try to teach you the very flexible modding system for our previous release - SOW Gettysburg and its add-ons. It's powerful, but dangerous. Post your tips and your questions.

Some new terrain/Trees Pics on MOD in the works

Post by 2nd Texas Infantry »

I figured I would post a pic of some of the stuff Im making for an upcoming mod. Its only
a couple of photos and only a few of the things Im doing. I have around 30+ terrain sprites that
I made recently for the "other game" and some new ones all together for SOW. I think one of my grass
sprites in these photos is Davinci's but the other three are mine as well as the trees. Enjoy. Posted
some newer ones with some more fields I made and a couple of Jolly's old trees from the old game but
with Spanish Moss added. Once again from the Kansas map that I use as a western map.

2nd_Texas_Infantry – excellent – photo realistic!

That looks like all of your work; I didn’t recognize anything that I have done!

Is that the Alpine Map that you are doing the edits \ testing on?

davinci
The only true logic is that, there is no true logic!

Great looking mod. I really feel this captures the correct look of the terrain. Keep up the great work.

Very impressive.

I hope you don't pull a Davinci and never post your Mod.

His posts are like getting a boob show from one of the women at work.

They look good and get you all frisky, but you know you'll never gets your hands on them.

Rudy, My terrain will be released, Maybe not as soon as you want, I know for a fact you will see them soon. As far as your comment on my friend Davinci, well he gave me all his grass files so those will be used as well for the masses. He has his scales for his game so enlarged, that his mod would not be relevant to a release for all on the forum. I hope you understand, it is not an easy task to mod this
game, epecially if you are a perfectionist. But trust me, great things are on the horizon and you will see all of my work. I will keep you updated.
