Need with with activation

Hi all,
Need some help getting my activation working again. My computer crashed and I had to reload all my software and of course was not able to deactivate my program before reinstalling. Can someone please help in getting this reset as I really want to play again. I would appreciate your help. I tried to follow the instructions about sending an email but could not find the clipboard file that was listed. Thank you.
