Where can the game users get these maps?

The maps will be released through NSD by each map maker when completed by said map maker. There will be an anouncement and plenty of notification. Easy download and installation will also be included. I would look for this map to be released in two 1/2 weeks, followed by the others later on. I can come close to promising around one a month from myself. This is not my full time job.....yet..so that number may vary. I hope this answers your questions.
