Beta Patch for 1.4

Does it work? All I get is a machine that revvs up and does nothing. Don't see a change in the files...

the packed dirctory is 592 MB. Old are 2GB ca. :laugh:

The FPS seems improved. :cheer:

in OPTION MENU: we can change the SR (but are not sure if this was already implemented in patch 1.3)

The installation went fine for me, and I didn't have to delete files to play. I agree with bafonetto that there does seem to be an improvement both in terms of fps and loading time. The only mod which doesn't seem to work is Jolly's trees mod.

Yeah, Jolly's Terrain mod, a must have. And yes, it must be restructured mod wise to work with 1.4. I've got it ready along with BloodBath III for the Antietam/patch release. I'll just release it in BloodBath if Jolly gives the Go Ahead.

Good news and thanks - I know it's personal preference, but I like the subdued tones of Jolly's terrain mod.

Is looking better, however, officers now look very ugly far away.

The attachment screen0001.jpg is no longer available

Any way to fix this? Officers are so blurry far away, yet look fine close up.

Game does load far faster...that plus my reinstallation equals very good speed!

Really like the new Sandbox!

The add-on homescreen is fantastic. Hope to see the other portions of the flag filled out!
