Is full game download patched to 1.4?

Someone I know may be purchasing the game soon. If they purchase the game from this site and download the full Gettysburg game, will that file include the latest 1.4 patch? If not, any general time frame as to when it will be? Either way, they still can download the patches, but was just curious.

The only way to know is when we tell you it's done. So... it's done Full version is posted. We always name the main download the same, so all the links should work.
