My apologies to Michael if you are responsible for the quality of these skins. You guys must have a team working on this project. Whoever is responsible, I am blow away.

Thank you very much for this level of effort on behalf of our hobby and Napoleonic period enthusiasts.

Insane photographs!! I, too, though they were photos of miniatures - second guess - first guess was thinking that gunship24 had done some marvelous 3D work on the sprites ... Wow!

:woohoo:

Imagine if Norb, and the team could create these textures to look like table top miniatures. Man I would love to see that. It would look like your watching table top battles taking place...I wonder what has to be done to do that? I have already been on the lookout for a filter of some sort that show those type of graphics. Imagine, play the game, the game graphics are sent through a filter, and voila...

It would be cool.

Oh one thing, no I'm not in any way affiliated with this project. It's all gunship... :)

Happy you like it :) . I am wondering if you folks could pull off something like that? It would be the best dang graphics out there, and really cool to see, and play.

Hi Michael,

A quick question to clarify (for me since I am easily confused) the images you posted. Did you take photos of Gunships Wagram sprites and then use tiltshift to give them the 3-dimensional effect? That would mean these are not in-game images. Or, did Gunship work some magic and these are in-game images?

Hi Jack,

I see you got the mod installed with the sandbox fixed. How is it running?

Next: I emailed Keith Rocco a link to this forum so he could see for himself. It probably will not come to anything but this work needs a wider audience of Napoleonic historians-enthusiasts. If he gets behind it, maybe it will help Mr. Timiko sell a few more SOW units. You never know.

Gotta go. The wife wants frozen yogurt.

I played an excellent Corps. Vs Corps battle at Antietam using the nap mod in 1.4 sandbox hunt them down mode. The game lasted hours and required scouting, had heavy combat and was a great tactical decision making challenge. Anyway the mod ran fine, no hiccups . Thanks for the great work...

Los.

P.s. now hopefully someone will convert that great Franco-Prussian war mod over as well!

All,

Truly amazing. I did run a short Nap game with no problems, so good deal there.

Not to be weird or anything but I thought Keith had passed away. Good to know he's still kicking. Yes, he would be a good person to get interested in this.

Haigg,

Another time, maybe tomorrow, I'll detail the minor issues in the Nap Mod versus a straight-up Napoleonics Game. Just a few, but worth talking about.

Exacto Mundo, that is what I did. I think I may have misrepresented gunship's graphics. Believe me that was never my intention...it does look cool though. :)
