Outstanding AI Division Command

I participated in a co-op HITS and courier battle on the Fox Gap map yesterday. The enemy came down from the gap in strength and was severely pressing our left flank. An AI controlled division moved up the ridge to help shore up this part of the line. He moved one brigade into line with a human controlled brigade which stopped the enemy from completely turning our flank. With the line now stabilized, the AI commander then ordered two other brigades to circle around at the double, well out of musket range, to a position on the enemy flank. He personally supervised the positioning. He had one of those brigades move above and slightly behind the enemy. When everyone was in position and ready, the division commander gave the order to advance. The results were immediate. The right wing of the enemy completely collapsed within a few minutes, much to the relief of the human players. Had I not known better, I would have assumed that the division was being handled by a very cool and talented human player.

I was the human player who was relieved to have his collapsing left flank protected as well!

Lesson learned - when you have a brigade of experience 5's and 6's and one experience 1, make sure you don't give those boys the flank job!
