Congrats Mozirry! I've been a police officer for 11 years now. It's one of those jobs you will either quit in a year or do it for 25. You will hate it or love it....sometimes a little of both. If you love it, you will find that you can't imagine doing anything else. My only advice....you will step on your carrot more than once but never...ever...lie. sounds simple but it can cost you your integrity and therefore, your job. Stay safe

Pick up your calls in your zone....even if you have to back log a few. Your shift mates will help.you when your busy but no one likes working with dead wood. Finally, don't worry, you will find plenty of time for wargaming!

Thanks! And yes the streets are somewhat safer, I've already arrested like 20 people in 11 days along with robberies/dead people/knife assaults, etc.
