can"t launch game

Havnt played in a while and when i try and lauch game the message reads...

MICROSOFT VISUAL C++ RUNTIME LIBRARY

RUNTIME ERROR

THIS APPLICATION HAS REQUESTED THE RUNTIME TO TERMINATE IN AN UNUSUAL WAY
PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT TEAM FOR MORE INFO

Any ideas anyone

Have you tried running the full installer again? No need to uninstall, deactivate or anything, just run the full installer again and see if that fixes it.

I had that error on my old machine after a bit as well. I never could fix it, and used it as a convienient excuse to buy a new machine.

How do i do that,i can"t see anything titled that in the game directory.

LOL,i cant use that as an excuse this rig is only 9months old,but i had problems with the firewall

and it got infected with malware so i went back in time (6 months) and the game will not launch now.

I think there is something missing in the C++,very strange message though.
