Is this game worth it?
I played the demo and it seems fun but 30 dollars seems a bit much for it. So is it worth all the money?

But it really depends on how much you think you'd play it, vs what else you would do with $30.

THe thing is I also probably will have to spend a week to a month trying to convinve my mom to let me buy it. I enjoy the demo alot and I think I'd enjoy the full game even more.Everyone here is going to say yes, including me.

When I bought it it was about $54 - and yes, it was definitely worth it!
And it's almost as much of a history lesson as it is a game.

Ive yet to hear anyone disagree with the FACT that this software is the best of its kind and steadily improves with each installment.
Hard to convince someone to part with their hard earned in the current climate, but ,none the less like has been mentioned above, the proof is in the pudding and youve already mentioned that its got your attention and you enjoy it
Take the plunge and you wont be dissapointed!
Hope you do the right thing and Enlist.
Coincidentally , As Con20or Stated avobe the 30 dollars you mention is actually almost half the price of what some of us paid :whistle:

it is a bit more expencive than other games of its type.
but what you get in exchange for your hard earned cash is worth the asking price.
a game that will acually test your skills and looks better and better as the devs improve it.
with the scenarios they release and the mods that some very talented people around here come up with,
there are countless hours of play to be had.
couple that with the fact that when the game throws up issues,the devs actually listen to their players and deal with any problems very quickley.
and you will see sights ingame that you will not find in any other strategy title out there.
and to top it off,the chaps on this here forum are extremely helpful,so if you have dumb questions (as i invariably have!) they will always help out.
put your shilling on the drum,lad.you know it makes sense! cheers

Yup. Your getting a deal if you purchase the Digital. Many of us paid the full retail price of $44.95 when it was first released, and it was a pretty decent price then.
Buy it, it's well worth the time, and money spent.

Have you tried Company of Heroes?Definitely worth it for the Civil War History. Does anyone know of a WWII game this good? I went through a bunch of duds that were terrible and fortunately low priced. Thanks :cheer:
