Re: I died a little inside when I watched this.
Ive been playing with the demo the last couple days to get a feel for the game and coming from a very experienced Total War player this is a whole different ball of wax.

Anyone who says "holy cow this game is annoying" while talking about TC2M is dead to me.

It is brutally obvious the "Prince of No-Where in particular" has no clue about the game he has just purchased. The concept of actually "Taking Command" in order to get his troops to do what he wants went right over his head. Perhaps a tutorial or two? Duh! Douche-bag....

It's unfortunate someone with as many views as his channel has didn't have more positive things to say. I've done some video's that have been very positive and I have had 2 or 3 people message me to say they bought the game because of me but the most popular video of mine had only about 4,000 views. Imagine if those mega gamers who get 100,000+ per video and make a living making youtube videos did a positive review or mp experience with this game. That could have a serious impact on sales. Youtube commentators really have a lot of power these days. While print media is on the decline, video reviews are getting ridiculous amounts of attention on youtube and the like. Of course the sad fact is most of the gamers who get millions of views are not likely to be into this type of game or their audiences wouldn't be.It is brutally obvious the "Prince of No-Where in particular" has no clue about the game he has just purchased. I second that Jack. The sad part is, he didn't have clue one as to what he was doing, and then posta it as though he was trying to make the game look bad for all the world to see.

It's quite obvious from his video that this young fella has never studied Linear Warfare Tactics and Strategy. Good heavens......God forbid he stumbles over here to NSD and takes part in MP against someone that has Cavalry! And knows how to us it.

What do you expect of someone going from Total War to TC2M? It's chess to checkers. That isn't to denigrate Total War fans; it's a fun game and I enjoy it. But it's very...mob-esque tactically, very very different from the TC2M engine. If you try to play TC2M with Total War tactics (loosely defined), it would probably be pretty annoying.
I had to laugh about his frustration with the artillery though. But consider the frustration and confusion endured by the poor gun crew.

Sorry. I suffer from a serious case of typosis. Don't worry, it's not contagious
