Your favorite scenarios, and why?
Your favorite scenarios, and why?
I am always looking for another scenario to fire-up, with so many I am just not sure which one.
So far my favorite is Pipe Creek, (U) no guts no glory.
I love this one because I have a large force to command, a large area to defend, and some amount of uncertainty as to where the Rebs will attack from. Still from a replayability point of view, well, I always win this scenario now, as there seems to always be enough time to move my troops where they need to go (this is with the visibility setting to all within 1000 yards.)

wow no one has favorite scenarios? or this was already posted?
Re: Your favorite scenarios, and why?
Probably most people have a hard time picking one. I'd be hard pressed to tell you my favorite.

Two of my favourite scenarios are in CV so i can't name them
Another of my favourites is a scenario that never got released, so I can't name it
So there you are, three answers and none simultaneously:)
My favourite scenario's are hopelessly outnumbered fighting retreats, rather than big attacks.

This is because you need to lay off on that "Fallback" button! There's another button for "Charge"!My favourite scenario's are hopelessly outnumbered fighting retreats, rather than big attacks.
If necessary, you MUST DIE on the field of battle with your men.....with HONOR (Conor)!

I've never used the fallback button in my life!

Re: Your favorite scenarios, and why?
My favorite would have to be LP's AN(Antietam)17 "None but hero's are left" (Full 11 hour scenario).......because of the "What If's" and the "oh so many possibilities".
And...... because I have CAVALRY!
As well as GB06 (the Jackson "what if").
CV also has a few I'm quite fond of.......I'll name them after the release.

Yup GB06 would be my favorite, the biggest 'what if' of the war I believe.

Re: Your favorite scenarios, and why?
I really like this post... My favorite so far has got to be No hereos left the 11 hr Antietam one... There was something really awesome about doing the whole battle from start to finish and trying to hold on to the Cornfield and Millers Farm for as long as possible... I never gave up the Sunkin Road and by the end of the battle I controlled Burnsides Bridge... I have been also playing the 10 mile map which I know is a mod and not a scenario but it is a lot of fun...Damn the What if Jackson one for Gettysburg was really good too... I think some of you are right its really hard to choose just one...
