SOWG Patch 1.5

Post by chrisreb »

Trying to install purchased Pipe Creek from Matrix. Says Gettysburg needs to be updated first but cannot find a link anywhere for this. Purchased game direct from Norbsoft.

Can anyone help please.

Thanks

UPDATE

Found a link. Unable to install as I cannot find serial number for original install nor can I find a support contact e mail. SOWG is playable patched to v1.4 but cannot find any indication of serial no.

Why is it all so confusing now. I have now purchased all 4 games but cannot update or play any of them!

Any pointers gratefully received.

Thanks

Second Update

Tried using an activiation code O got when ordering originally and this gets me past that screen and it now wants the serial no for Antietem which I also purchased from Norbsoft. I see I have one on the Matrix website orders area which is trange but this one does not work. Have also sent a support ticket to Matrix.

Completely confused!

OK

Now managed to install everything except Pipe Creek as no serial number on Matrix order list akthough I have the install download. Will see if I get an e mail receipt with it soon.

Blimey - talk about confusing with the switch to Matrix.

Thanks for going through it with us. We understand that there are a lot of pains with the switch, but in the long run we feel it will be better for everyone.
