After many tries, it at last worked. I played the first scenario and then downloaded the Bonus scenarios.
And i played the first two on September 16 1862. Very fun !!

When I registered and re-installed, everything went well but then I realized I got a new "C:Matrix Games/Scourge of War-Gettysburg" directory in addition to my old "C:Norbsoft Dev/Scourge of War- Gettyburg" directory. The C:Matrix Games directory has the updated GB and Antietam packs but not the CV pack since there was no option to re-install that from Matrix Games. The old C:Norbsoft Dev directory has everything in it including the mods but I assume they're not updated as the registering and re-installing was intended to do.

How do I get the serial numbers for Antietam and Pipe Creek if I purchased download versions from NorbSoft?

Bump to Little Powell: It was my understanding you said registering and re-downloading would rewrite the new files to the old directories but this process appeared to create a whole new directory for me. Please give us some information on the problem you are having. Also, you will get a response from the activation address; you may just need to give them a little more time.

Second request...ISSUES is misspelled in the title.
