can't deactivate SOW

every time i try it says "can't talk with registration server" i need to deactivate SOW off my ancient PC so i can activate it on my new laptop.

plz help...

Install the 1.5 patch located here:

That will solve your activation problems.

Hi.

When you installed the 1.5 patch you no longer need to deactivate your game online. Don't worry about deactivating your game with patch 1.5, Norb Timpko removed the serial/game activation, and deactivation online feature.

okay. sorry to be so lame, but now on my new laptop i still can't activate the game. it still says "can't talk to registration server" when i try to activate it. how can i "activate" my SOW on my laptop? i only have access to the tutorial...

never mind guys, i downloaded the 1.5 to my laptop and that activated it somehow. looks like i've got complete access on both computers now?!?!
