The CPU should make the major difference here, rather than graphics card/memory. A racy sweet cpu chip will shift a lot of data a lot faster.
I don't know what Jack's specs descriptions mean either. :unsure:

As I understand it, Quad Processers generally use 2 Gigs each of RAM to run whatever dedicated program(s) you have up. Example: Normally, SOWGB gets it own processor and 2 Gigs of the 8 Gigs on board. Thru a bit of clever programming, (not me, A buddy of mine), I have 2 of the 4 processors using all 8 Gigs of RAM, (7.3246 or whatever), running whatever primary program is engaged. In this case if SOWGB is the primary program running, it has direct access to ALL available memory. SO, if the game is running slowly with 300,000 men on the field, it's probable the AI, (as DaV said, the aicount number), needs to be adjusted to allow faster processing of the decisions needed to run all the sprites.
