Game won't run. Keeps crashing. Hopefully we won't get any posts here, but if we do, we'll try to help you out. You can also post any bugs that you find here. IMPORTANT: Don't post mod related problems here!
Yeah I would download the full installer once you have it registered from Matrix, then do a complete re-install. This works for everyone with install problems. Best to start from scratch. You can then patch to the latest 1.6 version found here:
To unistall - Go to either "Start/All Programs" or "Control Panel." In "Start/All Programs" find the program which should read Scourge of War-Gettysburg, click on it, find where it says "uninstall" and click on that. This will uninstall the game and probably all its files. OR, If you go to "Control Panel", find your version of "Add/Delete Programs", again find Scourge of War-Gettysburg, and click on it to "Uninstall." Again, this should uninstall the game and probably all its files. It may ask you if you want to uninstall all program files and saved features, games, etc. Click "Yes".
This should get rid of the whole game for you.
THEN - go to Matrix and download a fresh version of SOWGB. You already have the activation code, as far as I can tell. It will be the 1.6 version. Install it and activate it. You will have a fresh game ready to go.
Brother, this is not rocket science. Think it thru and you will be fine.

Thanks for the reply, i already uninstall the game but it's look like that somewhere they are still something because the pacher 1,5 remember my activation Code and it's still write : "You are already up-to-date" even if i deleted all files and the folder...

Go into your "C" or "I" drive where all your "Program Files" are and open it. Scroll down until you get to a folder that says NorbSoftDev or something similar. If you still have that, delete it. That folder is what is holding you up. You have to make sure all references to the game are gone.
