Newb questions: keyboard shortcuts; high scores; arty impact location

I'm new to the game; enjoying it very much, though I'm struggling to get my units to line up correctly. Anyway, some newb questions:

1. I understand that one can assign new hotkeys by editing keyboard.csv. But I don't know the names of the functions I want to modify. Keyboard.csv refers to something called "gui.csv," but I can't find that. Can someone post a sample modified keyboard.csv? In particular, I want to add hotkeys for shuffling my units left/right; for oblique motion; and for "Me".

2. I have trouble reading my high score screen. It seems the rightmost part is clipped. I'm at 1920x1200 resolution, no mods installed. I'll see something like 100(-50)RE. Or sometimes PROMOTE. What does all this mean? The RE in particular looks like it's clipped.

3. Can one tell where arty shells land? I'm never quite sure what I'm shooting at.

The attachment keyboard.csv is no longer available

This is the Bugles and Flags modded gui. Column T, func, are the commands you need to edit the keyboard

The attachment gui_2013-07-08.csv is no longer available

2) Promote, Promoted (your screen is definitely cut off, you might want to experiment with different resolutions to fix this issue), means you beat the scenario and you are on the path for General stars, awarded once all scenarios are beaten. The minus number tells you how many points you still need for promotion...I think.

3) Primary Target, upper left corner of screen shows what your gun is targeting. You can target most units within it's LOS with the Target command. You can see a decal on the ground where they hit, but not the actual round shot.
