In that case, you need to address the bug where units that have routed and maybe only retreated are able to cross the uncrossable rivers. For some reason, color 25 has no effect on such units.
I can make this march and I will make Georgia howl.

@MTG , as far as I can remember, this has always been the case, dating back to the previous game.In that case, you need to address the bug where units that have routed and maybe only retreated are able to cross the uncrossable rivers. For some reason, color 25 has no effect on such units.
The only thing that the routed units will not do is to rout through structures.
I'm not telling You anything that you don't already know, but the greyscale color 25 was not designed to be a wall, only a blocking path.
Probably more of a path, than actually blocking!

The problem is that after a unit retreats, it appears that it is no longer bound to respect the fact that color 25 is off limits. So it reforms and then can do as it pleases. Also, since it can retreat across such a river, it can reform behind enemy lines and open a second front. That's not any different than it was prior to the Brandy map, but it means that scenarios written specifically based on some places being 'off limits' are not really viable.

True, I can't argue that point! The problem is that after a unit retreats, it appears that it is no longer bound to respect the fact that color 25 is off limits. So it reforms and then can do as it pleases. Also, since it can retreat across such a river, it can reform behind enemy lines and open a second front.

@MTG , Hey I really wasn't disagreeing with you, only pointing out that I don't think that the answer \ solution is going to be found in the mapname.csv file, or the mapname.bmp file.
I think that this has to be done in the Power Render Program, due to the fact that it is this file that can prevent units from going certain places. (i.e...Structures)
Basically, a radius needs to be programmed in the PR6 that will block units from traveling through a creek or river.
How that will affect the game, I'm not too sure!
