Porting Over sprites from TC2M
Re: Porting Over sprites from TC2M
Hey, can you give me the Link from where you downloaded them from?
I'm confused by how you had original numbers, and now you have a different number of files.

Re: Porting Over sprites from TC2M
DaV,
Massive apologies!!! I should have posted this explanation of that.
Since I was basing the British attempt on the Prussian Landwehr from Gunship, I created/copied the existing Graphics files to match the number of files for the Ported NapMod sprites. Looking at the existing NapMod sprites graphics files, they seemed to be the same, even though they were numbered consecutively. I copied the British Graphics so they would correspond to the numeric sequence in the "textures" file. So, were it says Now" are the copied files. Where it says "Original" are how many they started with. Hope that makes sense.

Yes, I agree that that would be the best way to do it!I created/copied the existing Graphics files to match the number of files for the Ported NapMod sprites. Looking at the existing NapMod sprites graphics files, they seemed to be the same, even though they were numbered consecutively.
Do you have a link as to where I can download them?
Basically, it would probably take a thousand words to explain something that I might be able to do in several hours. If I can convert them I will, if not I'll say that I can't figure this out!

DaV,
I hadn't thought that far. Had stuck the BR_Inf designation in a place of a NapMod Brit regiment in the Rolica OOB as a test. Trying to just get the sprites to work and would have dealt with actual units later. Any British musketeer Battalion/Regiment would do. Thanks.

OK, I only did the Hi-Res during this experiment!
I haven't tested out the firing yet, these files are sort of confusing me, they are not the same sizes as the default files.
I'll continue this tomorrow!

Re: Porting Over sprites from TC2M
@Jack - OK, the firing sequence seems to work, but the units are firing too fast so that part probably needs to be adjusted. I'm not sure what the correct values are!
Here are the example files that I have from converting one Hi-Res unit.
I would recommend that you rename the rest of the files like this example, before converting them over to this game. This helps to use the default files as a format.
