Good 2 Player Brigade or Div sized MP Scenarios?

Post by pakfront »

Hi Folks,
I'm looking for recommendations for fun 2 player scenarios or OOBs that can be played in 2 hours or less. We'd like a small division or brigade with attached artillery (possible?) per player. Both Coop and Versus welcome.

Thanks.

Using random divisions, you can pretty much set up a game however you wish.

If you're looking for a more tailored scenario - Brandy Station has a few great MP scenarios that I enjoyed when testing.

And if you want to customize your OOB in detail (how much infantry brigades, artillery) and also pick your starting point on the map, check out the Scenario Generator:

Thanks, I've given it a try, seems quite cool. Not clear if it is possible to create battles without logging them in the GCM system. We are doing local LAN games, so we don't want/need the GCM tracking part at the moment.

Looks very interesting, but I don't have Excel. Any alternate programs that will work with it?

There is no need to log the battles in the GCM system. You can simply create battles using the random division option which lets you select force sizes and composition and then play the game. There are no consequences for not reporting the battle.

I'm sorry, I'm being dense, but I cannot find a random division option on the website or in the GCM Launcher v725 app. Please point me to where I should be looking. Thanks.

There's a drop-down menu for the order of battle where you can select random divisions.
