Chancellorsville download is slow

Hi, I just got the Chancellor version- and the download is 30 minutes- why is this so slow? The others were quick- puzzled

do you have fast stuff or dial up or virus on your computer?

Hi, I have FIOS high speed internet- it was the Matrix site that was slow- it did take 30 minutes. I am enjoying it now and will post on it. I got burned out and took time off from playing this game. I enjoy this game for the accuracy and the real history. ;)
