New Gettysburg Anniversary problems

OK,

After slow resolving issues with help from the forum, I decided to just purchase the new 150 Year Anniversay addition. I download the game, but when I try to open it, All the titles (or text) are just colors text boxes with not text. I downloaded again, but same problem. Also the shortcut doesn't start the game -- it takes me to an option page that has a start selection.

Can anybody help?

If you have win7 or win8 use the comparability mode. Also make sure you loaded it in C: not (86) c:.

Make sure your video card has the latest up date.

Need to run in windows 7 compatibility mode. Simple right click the then go to properties. I have windows 8 and had problems with the main menu also.
