TC2M on STEAM!!!

I just opened up STEAM and low and behold, TC2M right in front of me, waiting to be purchased by anyone. Front page, under new releases, and at a bargain price of $8.99. They have knocked of $1.00 at the moment.

Norb, did you know they were going to put TC2M on STEAM?

Man, i wish you guys would include the links when you mention a website in your posts.
Since i'm looking for a backup TC2M CD, went to steam.com and all i get is an
unclickable home page.

I had no idea. They should have contacted me, because it doesn't work. They have to grab our patch to make it work.

An answer from the moderator of the Paradox Board:

Ok, I've gotten an answer, but it is not very good.

Paradox has very little to do with the Steam release. All Paradox can do is give Steam what they ask for, and the rest is up to Steam.

My suggestion is that you direct the same question to Steam.

Thanks Oliver that is very funny. So MMG didn't do it and Paradox didn't do it, so who is the mysterious person with access to MMG property that gave Steam the TC2M exe...

I tried pulling that site up before......and could not get it.....of course I was just typing Steam into my browser.....didn't know is was steampowered.

If you want to see how many people are playing TC2M on steam use this link. http://store.steampowered.com/stats/ It shows those who bought the game from Steam and are playing it.

Thank is the nice thing about STEAM, it shows a friends list and who is online and who is in a game. Plus it allows for in-game IM.

No excuse sir! We were wasting too much time working on the game when we should have been searching the forum for your posts. We realize our response time to your issues is way too slow. We'll make sure to stop wasting time trying to get this game out, when we could be sitting here waiting for you to post. We don't want to miss out on an opportunity to once again showcase the fantastic free tech support we provide on a daily basis. I will rearrange the schedule of the team to make sure that someone is always watching for posts. We realize that people should not have to use search engines themselves, typing steam games in google is a waste of your time and should be done by someone on the team. We will make the proper adjustments on our end.
