I see almost everywhere that "you must rename or delete the \Logistics folder in the Wagram mod. The KS Napoleon mod has all the necessary csv files. Also, make sure that this mod is BELOW the Wagram mod in SOW's Modifications Activation Screen".

quick question: is there any reason not to simply delete the logistics folder in Wargram? would I ever be using it without KSNapMaps anyhow? (only asking because i'm putting these mods, with instructions/etc., on flash drives for some other players who MP with me...and figure I might as well make it as easy as possible for them)

Nope, no reason not to delete the logistics folder in R2W&P.

If you want to try some Nap MP with the Kriegspiel group (we use HITS and couriers) follow the link in my sig. We're currently fighting a Peninsular campaign and are in summer 1808.

Also, when choosing an oob be sure to pick one of the four ending in _FULL.
