Check out the new artillery shots. The first three are of the CSA arty, and the rest are of the Union. I think the Union shots turned out the best. Notice the beautiful smoke effects and air bursts. :)

For some reason the pics are cut off at the bottom for me, not sure why

But you can still see the arty and everything pretty good. :)

Very pretty...but can they fight? What improvements/changes can we expect in the operation/performance/effectiveness of artillery in this game compared to TC2M.

By the way...who cut off those limber poles?
You can get farther with a kind word and a gun than you can with a kind word alone.

Yeah, I noticed that now, all of my pics are getting cut off in that article. I don't think they were that way the other day. I'll have to troubleshoot that one later, as I can't access the server from here.

From what I have seen, the arty will be much better in this game. But to be honest, I've had very little experience testing it (I have mostly concentrated on infantry), so I'm not sure of the exact changes with operation and effectiveness. Jim or Estabu would probably be able to give you more info on that.

Maybe we could get a video of a battle and hear the new sounds and see what every thing does in motion.

Hey Little Powell,

Great pictures of the artillery !!!!

It would be awesome to hear the sound of all of them shooting one right after another like in Gettysburg at the start of Pickett's Charge !!!

:woohoo: :woohoo:

My problem is not being able to move from picture to picture in the picture screen. You have to exit, then click on the next picture, and reenter.
