ok, thx

Wish i could have voted all the time it needed, but given the time to organise a game, waiting for players to show up etc, i'd say 90-120 mins max.

The following idea came up to me inspired by my playing WWII Online for about a year.

Would it be possible to make MP play a consistent battle that could last for say 8 hours where players can pop in and out for a couple of hours to take command of a corps. If a player wants to leave, their corps is taken over by the AI, till the next guy pops in. Battles could start in the european timezone & pass over to the US. If somehow results & replays could be saved on a site somewhere, so people can check how their forces did after they left, that might be one hell of an experience. The CinC could then decide of a player can take over a corps etc...

Just an idea i thought i'd share, probably too ambitious.

cheers

I don't believe that I will have the ability to join an already started game in for the first release. If you do leave the game, the AI will take over your player.

Me too. More than 60 minutes means I'm going to be late for dinner.
